Show PC/NPC pics in dialogue boxes

Nicked this idea from someone in IRC... When in a dialogue with an NPC (eg Linaniil) show an enlargened version of the player sprite in the bottom left (next to your response) and a similar sprite of the NPC in the top right (next to their spiel). Makes it look a bit more like a professional game :)
