Opening up the character vault for analysis

I often want to analyse other people's builds based on what skills they took, how much they boosted each stat etc.

So the types of searches I'd like to be able to do is things like:

Show all rogues post version b26 who reached level 30+ who took more than 1 point in cripple , vs the base of them that didn't.

The vs can be done manually with a broader query.

Once this type of platform is created, then it'd be quite easy to spot the cheaters too. Those 100 in all stats guys.

Obviously one would like to kinda be able to add multiple conditions to that skill points stuff.

A downloadable database would be cool, someone could develop a third-party tool for advanced queries.

Even the interface of such a system would be a nightmare... For the cheaters, I believe DarkGod is planning to disable cheating and restart all that stats after 1.0.
