Persistent Shadows

Change the Doomed's Shadows to be persistent when leaving/entering a level. This would make it more consistent with other summoned monsters, as well as (in effect) removing a huge penalty (up to three or more hate per level) that Doomed characters have for changing levels.

either that, or have them return 0.5 to 1.0 hate on desummoning, including changing levels.

Remove the 1000 turn lifespan limit too?
