Duel-weapon training doesn't say how much damage your off-hand weapon does without the skill, only that it "increases the damage to 56%" with its first point.
Perhaps its description should clarify what the default rules are? There doesn't seem to be any way to figure them out without reading the code, currently, and without knowing that it's impossible for players to know how much the first point is helping them.
Describe how duel weapons work without duel-weapon training.

It would also be nice if the player could know that dual weapons training has INCREASING returns(eventually, you do more than 100% of mainhand damage), as opposed to..most/all other talents.
If you don't know about it but know that offhand damage starts at 50%, you'd think that a 6% boost going from 1 to 2 is really small.
(alternatively, could rebalance the talent.)
