Some nice baubles, especially useful for anti-magic users, but any character using the harmony tree would surely like these:
Frostbite:
type: ring
- decreases magic by 5
- increases cold resistance by 20%
- can be activated to cast Freeze (1/5) every 10 or so turns. Note that you can, and might want to target yourself
bonus when wearing full set:
- increases willpower by 5
- damage when hit (melee): 5 ice
- damage on hit (any): 10 cold
- stun/freeze resistance +15%
Firebrand
type: ring
- decreases magic by 5
- increases fire resistance by 20%
- can be activated to cast Flame (1/5) every 10 or so turns. Again, note that you might want to hit yourself with it
bonus when wearing full set:
- increases willpower by 5
- damage when hit (melee): 5 fire
- damage on hit (any): 10 fire
- daze/blindness resistance +15%
Snakefang
type: amulet
- decrease constitution by 5
- increases nature resistance +20%
- has a 10% chance, when hit, to poison the wearer
bonus when wearing full set:
- increases willpower by 5
- damage when hit (melee): 10 poison
- increases Harmony tree mastery by 0.40

It's nearly useless to anyone who lacks the full set and hasn't invested in that tree, though. I'd recommend removing the downsides and give Snakefang potentially offensive applications as well rather than just having it randomly poison you.

On the other hand, +0.4 mastery to such a tree as Harmony is huge...although it does require the full set.

Harmony is already considered a must have tree by many players and the fire aspect is widely abused. Personally I hate to see anything buff it unless that anything only buffed it for wilders.

Yeh, nice idea but I do not like the implementation:
* Bad stats when not paired with the two others. Anything that gives negative modifiers or in some other way hampers the player is IMHO broken by design.
* Sun and moon are a pair, and how often do you see both? 3 is just to much for a set unless there is some guaranteed way of getting the parts.
Harmony (fire) has gotten a small nerf in b32 if I am not mistaken. The old 60% speed boost was just to much.
I suggest nerfing the set bonuses, limiting it to two items, and make them useful when they are alone (no negative stats and provide at least some positive stats).
