The following 4 vaults can appear randomly in Daikara, Dreadfell, or the Orc Prides. All 4 vaults are guarantueed within a single game.

############Each vault contains and Orb, which is not an item, but it can be touched.
Touching the Orb will make it vanish, and re-appear in Elvala.
When all 4 Orbs have been 'collected' this way, a portal will open in Elvalaa, in between the Orbs, which allows access to a small Quest level.
Typically, this level should contain a random variety of the monsters encountered previously in the vaults, with exception of the unique wyrms. At the far end of the level would be a locked room with undiggable walls, even for Xorns/umber hulks. To unlock the door you need to kill all the monsters in the level.
Inside, near a portal back to Elvala, hides a master Wyrmic, who begs you to spare his life in return for a ring, Elemental Rage. I suppose you could opt to spare his life, and get the ring, or attack and kill him, and get the ring and XP. For flavour, the level's creatures could be peaceful towards Wyrmics, and the door start unlocked. Wyrmics could either recieve the ring as a gift, or challenge and kill the Master Wyrmic, to get the ring, XP, and turn all monsters hostile.
The Ring 'Elemental Rage'
I suggest pairing this one with Elemental Fury (Hence the name)
On it's own, it would increase damage penetrations for the same damage types that Elemental Fury provides resistance to.
When wearing both rings, they would both gain the ability to have a 10% chance, whenever damage is dealt to randomly cast Fire Breath/Ice Breath/Lightning Breath/Sand Breath(2/5). So, that's two times a 10% chance per damage dealt. A little less than Black robe's 3x 10%, a bit more than Fiery Choker's 1x 10%
Since the damage for the breaths scales off Strenght, it would be a nice set for fighters. I suppose mages would also not mind having extra spells go off.
Suggest, if it isn't already, making Elemental Fury powered by nature, not arcane.
Also, to make sure that completeing the quest will yield the pair, the unique Wyrms will always drop Elemental Fury, if it does not exist yet.
