Because I like specific names, then it's Demoshou - Demo - demon, and shou - to keep watch. But if it's uncool, then let it be Evil Guardian, or something.

I want to state that I am no programmer, thus I don't know how much from it is possible and how much is hard to make, then I will give all the ideas I have, and depending on which is possible and can be made will be reconsidered to add. But again, it's only an idea.

Demoshou, is an order of demon "keepers". They use dust from crushed gems to make seals, that are used to bind demons inside of them. But it's stupid to bind demon in a whole body, because there's greater risk of breaking seal, and even making those seals would be expensive. That's why they seal demons inside arms. They crush gems to dust, and from this dust they make tattoos, that are seals to keep demons in control, and to prevent them from taking control over those who keep them. That's why to keep them all the time in control they must be of high self discipline and have great will power.
They use demons to use special powers, that in most are powerful buffs, that greatly increases their combat capabilities. Of course there are many demons. Seals are made for specific demon type. For example - seal for fire demon #1 would be powerless for any ice demon, but would somehow affect fire demon #2, but still, it would be less powerful because it's not the same demon. That's why Demoshou are experienced with only few demons that they know, and they can keep them in control.
I think it's enough "story-like" explanation.

To put it simple:
Demoshou
-They depend most on willpower to prevent losing control on demon, and constitution to withstand exhaustion from using demonic powers. (but of course strength/dexterity/cunning are important too)
-They use all weapons, and can wield weapons in both hands, even two handed weapons, but after investing in skill <see below>
-All the weapon talent trees - it depends only on player what they like to fight with <even if most will not use daggers because normal long sword is stronger than dagger, the role-players would love to mimic Artemis Entreri ;P>
But it's discussable of course, so it does not matter - but even if so I see them more with Big 2h swords or two normal swords.
-Demoshou to control demons use seals that are made from gem dust - quantity of seal power depends on gem, skill, and type of gem. And by type of gem I mean that each gem will give different dust - emerald will give emerald dust, etc. . Thus, it is not possible to use emerald dust to replenish seal power when seal from ruby dust was made. Seal should be equipped in.. hmm... let's say that it is not possible to make one more slot for one class, then it will fill gauntlets slot. And each gem have some effects, then, Demoshou will benefit from it.
-Max Seal power will be - let's say - 1500. Seal from gem tier 1 will have 200 Seal power. Tier 2 - 500, 3 -750, 4 - 1000, and 5 - 1250. Diamond will have 1500. I just like diamond dust, thus I like the idea of it as the strongest seal.

Seal power will decrease with time, so you have to make new one – if there is for example ruby seal, you may “renew” it with ruby dust, but if there's emerald seal, you must erase previous seal and then make new one. But it's risky, that's why it's not that easy to change from zitrine to diamond, like changing pantie.... err, armor. So, first – you must have skill to use tier 2 gem to make seal from it, and then, you must have high will power. Nevertheless, you've got to fight with your demon to change your seal <otherwise you've got to fight him if your seal power will be 0 or he will break out, but it's below>
Returning to gem dust – there will be always the same amount from gems – 60. To make seal You need 50 So it's 10 to renew it if there is need. So, the one dust is worth some seal power point depending on gem tier – if it's tier 3 gem – 750, we must divide it by 50 and we've got that one dust is worth 15 seal power. But the seal that is already in use have max 750 so it's not possible to add those 10 to gain 150 and have 900 seal points. But if you've got 735, then amount of dust needed to renew it is one.
Of course there are skill that increase seal power, so from tier 3 seal and skill with +20% we will gain seal with 900 seal power, thus increasing one gem dust value to 18. And renewing and making new seal should last some time.
I pray that it's easy to understand and not too much of it

Talents:
Demon control / Seals
1) Making Seals - allows to crush gems to make dust, and from dust You can make seals. Each point in this skill will allow to make seals from better gems - tier 1/2/3/4/5
2) Seal power - with each point you have increased quantity of power seal received from gem dust. +4/8/12/16/20%
3) Seal control - decreases chance to lose control of demon - losing control of demon will greatly decrease seal power and weakens You. The chance is increased like this - 4%/8%/12%/16%/20% - should scale with will power, and this is percentage for something like 50 will power.
4) Seal mastery - with each point decreases usage of seal power when using buffs, skills, and global usage. Will depend on willpower too, and those are stats for 50 will power - 5%/10%/15%/20%/25%
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Body power
1) Demonic power - increase strength by 30/60/90/120/150% for 2/3/3/4/6 turns. I know that 150% of strength is much on greater levels, but it is how it's supposed to be - great power for a little while.
2) Demonic speed - increase global speed by 50/100/150/200/250% for 1/1/1/2/2 global turns. It require much endurance to use, and the knock back of it depends on it too. The knock back is weakness, like decreased speed after using it for 30%, and a little exhaustion in form of stamina decreased by 30%. The effect is not broken by attacking, but is broken by using any skill and buff that was not used before using it.
3) Demonic endurance - increase endurance by 4/8/12/16/20%, defense and armor by 2/4/6/8/10 for 4/4/6/6/10 turns.
4) Demonic connection – decrease seal usage of other Body power skills – 5/10/20/30/50% for 8 turns, but drains instantly 40% of seal power max value.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Body empower – it uses will power as a main factor – but I think that it would be overpowered to be allowed to be maxed out all, so if there is possibility to, then I recommend to give 8 points to this talent tree – one skill could be maxed out, all skill could have minor boosts, or only two could be high. And it should be possible to add to all from the start.
1) Strength boos – increase strength by 5/10/15/20/25. On lvl4 allows to have two 2h weapons in both hands with 70% decreased speed of attack, and on 5 lvl it will be decreased only by 50%. When used with strength boost you can attack with normal speed. And if it's not too hard to make – if someone will consider of using it with flurry – I'd like to make it possible only with speed boost.
2) Dexterity boost – increase dexterity by 5/10/15/20/25. On 5lvl it gives increased global speed by 10%.
3) Constitution boost – increase constitution by 5/10/15/20/25. On lvl5 it gives increased armor and defense by 5, and resistances by 20-40% <it's discussable> and decrease weakness after using some skills – 4/8/12/16/25%
4)Regeneration – increase healing mod by 4/8/12/16/25%, +0,5/1/1,5/2,0/3,5
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Mind
1) Demon control - allow You to "soothe" demon inside of your arm, thus decreasing chance to lose control over it. The more seal power the more chance that You will succeed. Chance of succeed is increased by 4/8/12/16/20% and a chance of losing control is decreased by 3/6/9/12/15% - depends on will power, those are stats for 50 will power.
2) Demonic understanding - by understanding your demon, it's powers and weaknesses, You increase power of skills, buffs by 4/8/12/16/20% and decrease chance of losing control by 1/2/3/4/5%. Increased power should depend on will power <as always - 50 willpower

3) Demon language - allows you to communicate with demons, thus allow you to convince demons to return to their plane of existence. Chance of succeed is like 5/10/15/20/25% for 50 will power.
4) Demon control mastery - by power of your will, you may command your demon, so it's less likely to break out of control - further decrease chance of losing control by 4/8/12/16/20% and increase chance of Soothe demon <I don't know how to name it, but I will give an idea of it after skills, because I don't know if it will be possible> - depends on will power – stats for 50.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Fire demon <besh, I know that it's plain as hell itself, but I want it to be demons from game>
1) Blazing weapons - imbue your weapons with fire power, so it's inflicts fire damage - +4/8/12/16/20% weapon damge with 2/4/6/8/10 decreased enemy fire resistance.
2) Fireball - classic fireball - shoots a ball of fire in targeted place to make powerful explosion - 20/50/100/140/200 fire damge in radius of 3/3/4/4/6 tiles. Depends on will power and magic - those are stats for something like 40 will power and 40 magic.
3) Fire resistance - passive - increases your fire resistance by 10/20/30/40/50%
4) Fire demon mastery - Increases the power of your fire powers by 5/10/15/20/25% and allows You to transform partially into fire demon setting your body on fie that burns your enemies for 20/40/60/80/100 damage per turn in range of 1/1/1/2/2 tiles. On lvl. 5 it allwos You to fully harness power of fire demon, and changes your transformation into full fire demon increasing all your fire damage by 50%, fire resistance by additional 50% <so it's 100%> .
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Acid demon
1) Acid blood - your blood is like acid, if you are attacked by enemy, there is a 35% chance that your blood will be splashed on him inflicting 10/20/30/40/50 acid damage. In addition, with each attack, opponents attack will be decreased by 5/10/15/20/25% for 5 turns after hitting you. It's only for melee attacks.
2) Acid cloud - you can summon a cloud of acid that will inflict acid damage - 20/40/60/80/100 in radius of 4/4/5/5/5 tiles. On lvl 5 it may give passive skill that envelops your character in acid cloud that will inflict 40-60 damage to enemies in melee range.
3) Acid resistance - gives you 10/25/40/55/70% acid resistance.
4) Acid demon mastery - changes all your acid into stronger one, thus increasing all acid damage by 10/20/35/45/60%, in addition you may partially change into acid demon, allowing you to spit acid on enemies that will inflict heavy damage on enemy. On 5 lvl it will allow you to change into full acid demon, increasing your resistance by 30% and making your acid spit to splash into another enemies <in radius of 1 tile>
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon control / Darkness demon - actually my favorite, because It's a god damn shadow - what can you do to shadow?

1) Shadow form - allows you to change into a shadow form. In this form, if there is no light, you cannot do anything except for walking. If there is any light <outdoors, I'm not sure if there is any other sources of light, and even how to define it ^^" > - you are still unable to do anything except for moving, but you are visible and thus can me harmed. But You're fully resistant to non magic damage, and have increased evasion rate. Except for that, it does nothing. Each point decrease usage of seal power.
2) Shadow puppet – allows you to take control of monster if there is any source of light <outdoors, except for bosses and until lvl 5 elites>. This skill depends heavily on will power, and will power of enemies, and of course their lvl. Only one monster can be controlled at time. This skill may be used only in shadow form, and usage of seal power from shadow form is still on, in addition to seal power usage from this skill. Each point increase succeed chance by 5% and on 5 lvl You can try to take control over elite monster.
3) Shadow scythe – because I love shadowy “hoody” characters with big scythes made from shadow <and looks like some kind of fog

4) Shadow demon mastery – allows you to partially change into shadow demon, allowing your shadow form to materialize into pure darkness and evilness <I lol'd> thus allowing you to harm monsters in darkness, and granting you fully immune to darkness damage, but increases light damage by 50%. In addition, it increases shadow damage by 5/10/15/20/25%, giving a chance to freeze enemies <because it's pure darkness, where is no warm, thus taking all the warmth from victims>. On 5 lvl, it allows you to change into full darkness demon, allowing you to summon up to three shadows <in fact, they're like blood lich's shadows – there are always three, and when one is killed another one appears>
and increases your shadow damage by further 25%.
All demon changes costs, depending on willpower, 100 seal power points per turn - after returning to your form, you are stripped from all buffs, weakened by -40% to all stats, and have only 30% of life. Except for life, everything lasts something like 10-20turns.
Gives debuff that increase chance of breaking our of demon by 50%, and increase his stats by 40% if lost control. That's why it should not be used to fight too many monsters.
I'm leaving seal power cost to discussion. And in fact in the end it's up to creators of this magnificent engine what it will be. ^^
Because I don't remember any other demons, then I will end it with this. Now, I will give some ideas that I wasn't sure if they will be possible to add.
First of all – communication with demon, and fighting with it if it loses control – the more seal power and will power – the less powerful the demon is.
Second – because the Demoshou is bound to his demon, the demon is one, thus is only of one element. So if it's possible, there should be possibility to choose between them on start, or, after investing one point in one of those three demons trees, another two should be not possible. And to add if someone is thinking of two demons – demons are not stupid, and they would use any mean to conquer you, and leaving fighting with each other for some other time. I'm saying that because someone told me that there could be more demons, but it should be more difficult. That's why I'm spamming it here

Third – because it would be really strong with lvl5 constitution and with some really good plate armor, I think that the heavier armor is, the less effective are some skills, and some are not even usable <like turning into demon>
And to turning into demon – if player will lose all seal power points while in demon form or using some stronger demon skills, the demon encounter should be really hard. I mean – really. So it's not something like – oh, I'll just let it be, kill how much I can and earn some extra exp from my demon – it should kill you very fast if this would happen – that's why the greater is will power, the lesser chance of losing control over demon, and the weaker he is, but still, it should be like -20% to all stats with 100 will power when losing all seal power points and encountering the demon. There should be even a chance for a demon to break free, leaving you without all your buffs and powers, but making it possible to obtain him again after that – but the chance should be little, and he will be strong like you when you've lost him <in other words, if you are Demoshou lvl 30, lost demon, he is like 30 boss, and you are without most skills, except those in melee archery combat>
Many of those skills are strong, but it's because they drain seal power really quickly in fact. Demoshou specialize in not using powers of demons, but in using them to increase their fighting capabilities like quicker healing, increased strength and speed. And they use their powers for a brief moment to finish their opponents.
After watching one of my friends playing dwarf berserker, with 1k hp and something like 600hp regen <that lasted for 6 turns and after that he could use another one, when after that cd on first one ended, so I can say that those skills are not overpowered :p to add of course chance of fighting him>
