advanced wyrmic breath tree

These advanced wyrmic breath talents are in no particular order and in need of names (shouldn't be too hard):
  • passive
    Master your breath attacks, reducing their cooldown and equilibrium cost by [tl], and granting +[2*tl]% resistance penetration.

    sustained
    Focus your breath attacks in a narrow cone [100/(1+tl)]% the normal size, doing [100 + 50*tl]% damage.

    sustained
    Broaden your breath attacks in a wider cone [100 + 50*tl]% the normal size, doing [90 + 5*tl]% damage.

    activated
    Invoke a mighty breath attack that does %%% damage of each of your breath attacks.
The sustains would be mutually exclusive, naturally, and I would make them instant-cast with short cooldown.

I'm not too sure about "narrow" and "wide" cones, they may exist in the code, but I wouldn't like adding new area of effect patterns to the game. A simple change (that isn't quite as thematic, or as good in general) would be to change it to a beam and a blast.
