Bind: 20 psi, (6, modified by reach) range, (15 - gem level) cooldown. (0, 0, 1, 1, 2) radius
Paralyses enemies for (3-9[capped], based on normal scaling) turns. Checks your willpower against their physical saves, then against their mental saves for resistance. (only one required to hit, 80% max chance of success on each).
Envelop your target in bonds of force and compulsion, paralyzing it for XXX turns. At talent level 3, it will affect an area. Chance to paralyze will improve with the Willpower stat.
Empathy: 35 psi, 10 range, 30 cooldown, instant cast
Try to give an enemy up to (talent) of your timed effects, and receive (talent) of its effects in return . (50, 60, 70, 80, 90)% chance to give detrimental, and receive beneficial effect only, or it is reversed (retried if no beneficial/detrimental). Checks your mindpower against their mental saves for resistance. (does not check immunities or saves for swapped effects).
By forming a mental link with an enemy, you can shift the boundaries between your minds, swapping up to XXX timed effects with it, beware of taking on an enemy's pain, as there is only a XXX% chance of the exchange being in your favour for each effect swapped.
Open Mind: sustained, 30 psi, 30 cooldown, ([5 + 0.5 * talent], modified by reach) range, -(2.0, 1.5, 1.0, 0.5, 0.0) psi per turn.
Senses monsters within range. At talent >=3, grants mapping as well.
You open your mind to all around you, sensing enemies within the radius. At talent level 3, you can even sense the very stones and air around you, and at talent level 5, it becomes effortless, and no longer drains psi.
Unity of Purpose: 50 psi, 50 cooldown, (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) duration
(20, 30, 40, 50, 60)% chance to take a focus, projection, or voracity skill off of cooldown every turn. Improves skills by: Mindlash (25% chance to daze for talent turns), Pyrokinesis (burn duration reduced by talent turns), auras spikes, ([20, 40, 60, 80, 100]% chance to stun, have damage instant, or daze), and leeches (gain [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] range) gain extra effects. Paralyzes for (7, 6, 5, 4, 3) turns at the end.
Your focus increases dramatically, improving your focus, projection, and voracity skills for a short while, as well as having a XXX% chance to take a skill off of cooldown every turn. This comes at the cost of being paralyzed for XXX turns at the end.
Mindlash: 25% chance to daze for XXX turns
Pyrokinesis: burn duration reduced to XXX
Leeches: may be targeted up to XXX tiles away.
Spiked Kinetic Aura: XXX% chance to stun for 3 turns
