Remove target self warning from alchs with Alch Protection 5

"Are you sure you want to target yourself?" YES I'M SURE.

It's not a huge deal, but since it doesn't harm friendlies when you have Alchemist Protection 5/5, it might as well stop prompting you when you target yourself with Throw Bomb.

Same for Volley of Arrows, by default.
