Move item pile numerator to top-right of icon

Currently the number of items in a pile on the ground is displayed on the bottom-right of the pile. But sometimes the terrain will overshadow this, especially in dungeony places like Kor'Pul. So move the numerator to the top-right and it'll be more visible, hurrah!
