You could obfuscate it a little, with a list like this: None(0%), minimal(0.1%-12.5%), low(12.5%-25%), moderate(25%-50%), high(50%-75%), "A lesson in not changing history from Mr. I'm My Own Grandpa"(75%-100%)

I don't know about the obfuscation. You can already check/remember from spacetime tuning, and I don't like being told less precise information than my character knows. It should either be obfuscated in both spacetime tuning and the mouseover, or neither.

A field that shows current regen rates for anything you can meaningfully regen would be nice, along with a field that shows just how buffed/debuffed your healing rates are. It might take up a lot of screen estate with a multitalented regening character, but it seems like something you'd be able to find easily.

the new character sheet in 26 is great. Another thing I would like added is the reduced chance you have to be hit by a critical hit. several talents do this for you.

Make the character screen navigable by the keyboard, I can select the different tabs, but not go to them.

lukep, I had the same problem. It turns out that you have to hit space to select a new tab. I don't think this is mentioned anywhere, and it's certainly not obvious. The enter key should certainly work as well as space. Hint, hint, Darkgod.

How about putting all buffs and debuffs and their effects in character screen? For now they are running out of their panel, if more than ~7. They could be seen by hovering mouse over the char in main window, but their effects can't be seen that way. Also inventory effects, and complete cumulative panels would be good too
