More variation with in dungeon quests

So currently there are 7 escorts (warrior,thief,seer,loremaster,alchemist,sun paladin, and anothril). I don't know what other people think but having more variety in escorts seems like a good idea to me. Personally I archer or slinger escort would be nice because it would allow melee classes access to ranged skills and would make shoot actually ok. Another possible escort I would like to see is a corrupter, he could let people get access to drain so the hex tree from the Anti Anti magic quest would be more feasible.

One idea I heard on the chat channel was monster escorts. they idea is some young monster is lost and you need to get it to its parent. though you have no idea which monster is the kid's parent. when this is done you get some item that has an activated ability that either buffs you in the way of the monster or mimics one of the monster's abilities.

Another idea was encountering a hunter. the hunter belongs to some faction like zigur and is hunting some creature from the opposing faction. you can aid either side though current faction relations may force some options.

One could also expand the above with a group vs group fight like orcs vs dwarfs and such. I am not sure what appropriate rewards would be but that is something to figure out latter. because terrian may be essential for some melee classes having this group fights in vaults would be helpful.
