Is there a way to extract the screen splash images from the game and/or are they uploaded somewhere?

Check <TOME install folder>\game\engines\te4-1.5.10.teae - rename this file extension to .zip and you should then be able to access the subfolder data\gfx\background - tome.png, tome2.png and tome3.png are the main game splash screens.

There is also a "cards" subfolder with 8 more splash screens (which can appear on startup when certain game plot points have been reached).

The DLC splash screens are stored separately:

• Ashes of Urh'rok - <TOME install folder>\game\addins\ashes-urhrok.teaac, rename to .zip, go to boot-screen\ashes1.png;
• Embers of Rage - <TOME install folder>\game\addins\orcs.teaac, rename to .zip, go to boot-screen\orcs1.png;
• Forbidden Cults - <TOME install folder>\game\addins\cults.teaac, rename to .zip, go to boot-screen\cults1.png.

For further DLC addons, you'll just have to wait for Dark God to release them first.
