Exploration mode tweak?

look i know the whole idea behind exploration is to make it so you just do whatever you want, but having no penalties for death is too much.
it would be better if at least the game didn't save on death so i could alt+f4 out and reload the save on the start of the floor.
i just want to play this game without worrying about losing my character, if someone knows an addon that can help tweak exploration to at least make me lose my gold on death that would be amazing. thank you.
