Tentaclesrsthrhrhrh Ground skill error

While doing the Chinese translation,i found this errorin the source code.
the skill Tentaclesrsthrhrhrh Ground ,the info and the effects are indeed Epidemic.
OK the skill tree is useless.

The tree is not useless, it's just neither done nor used ;)
