Hello!

I had 70% lightning resistance
The High Priest threw Hurricane at me.
Checking showed it would make 30-105 lighning damage each round.
Does that show damage already lowered by my res?

I had 600+ hp which was not enough.

Yes, damage that is reported in the game log is the damage that you take after checking resistance.

Remember that res penetration is a thing.
