[1.5.3] why does Gravity Spike only crit on 25% bonus dmg?

[1.5.3] why does Gravity Spike only crit on 25% bonus dmg?

gravity well and repulsion blast both crit, but gravity spike doesn't, yet the 25% bonus dmg does. A regular talent like GS should crit imo for its main dmg.
