Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?

Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
Where does this information come from? I keep seeing it mentioned but would love to know some specifics. Rogue was the class I tried the most to win with (mostly stealth combat builds).
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
I believe that was based on Razakai's Assassin addon.
Not sure if that's the exact copy paste.
it was also pasted somewhere, will make an edit here in a minute.

here is the Addon (http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=45361)
and here is the rework page (http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=46390)

Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
I see, from what I see they are completely gutting stealth and Unseen Actions
very sad to hear it, not a good rework.

Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
didn't check the actual rework, but addon also gutted dirty fighting.
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
I feel it's better to leave it a bit clunky, than to base a rework on an amateur mod, but hey, it's Darkgod decision.
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
Judging a whole rework on a single talent change cant work; you have to see the thing as a whole.
Also razakai is not what I'd call an amateur ..

[tome] joylove: You can't just release an expansion like one would release a Kraken XD

That's rather rude to assume it's an amateur addon without actually even trying it...
I played through a rogue with the addon myself, and I did rather well with it. Maybe you should try the addon before you crap on it like that.

If Razakai's an amateur coder, then I just figured out how to spell "Lua"
A little bit of a starters guide written by yours truly here.

You are right, I shouldn't write that last post. Sorry for that and thanks for the replies.
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
No hard feelings, man. Honestly, I think a lot of the changes are pretty cool. It's nice to have more choices and talents that are good instead of a few OP talents.
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
Not sure where you get the idea Stealth is gutted. Stealth Rogue felt much stronger to play - though much of that was from other supporting talents such as Duelist and buffed Dual Techniques.
You're not going to stay in stealth forever - The intent is to make it a bit more active by timing your re stealth effects like Shadow Dance, Coup de Grace and Smokescreen to shift in and out to reapply your buffs and trigger effects like Terrorise and Garrote.
Cons:
Shadowstrike bonus lowered to about 40% from 80% (but many other Rogue talents have had damage boosts)
No permanent stealth from UA (but may be adding a UA style effect to a prodigy if DG agrees)
Pros:
Stealth doesn't break from instant actions, baseline
Shadowstrike crit bonus persists for a few turns after Stealth ends
Stealth with Soothing Darkness gives a substantial boost to life/Stamina regeneration and flat DR, persisting for a few turns after Stealth ends
Shadow Dance gives approx 1/3 uptime of perfect Stealth + perfect re stealth on a 12 turn cd (so can chain stealth boosts for 12 turns, longer with Snap)
Other talents interact with Stealth - Coup de Grace re stealths on kill, Terrorise debuffs in a wide radius on unstealthing, Garrote pins/numbs/gives free unarmed attacks on stealth attacks, Smokescreen and Blinding Powder both make in combat Stealth easy

Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
Changes sound awesome, maybe even OP. But I'd have to play it to really know. Looking forward to it. Right now, Rogue is either a big challenge if you're bored of other classes, or a really sad experience, depending on how you look at it.
"You could skip it, i think it drops 0 xp and 1 copper [at most], you are better off selling oxygen to beggars to become rich."
Re: Where can I read anything about the 1.5 Rogue rework?
The addon is kinda close to the 1.5 rework but has some fairly substantial differences. You can play the proper version via the ToME client here -
