How to use "recall portals"?

I standing in field next to this recall portal and i want to teleport to town to sell/buy stuff because my inventory is full, any help?

You don't mean these funny shops that can teleport themselves to town in Ember, right? Because they can't teleport the player.

I think they mean the Escort quest recall portals.

You can't use them.

as far as i know, the only recall portals you can use, are the one at the end of the "maze", and one at the end of "the ancient elven ruins".
all others are for npc use only.

well, alight, there is also portal in the fortress, which when unlocked, also unlock one behind the old forest, but then you are already outside of the dungeon.
