Can't find Character save

?I own TOME through steam, and was trying to see if Item Vault worked...it said something about validate and I read you have to link to a TOME account to work. So I created a Tome account and linked my steam...Don't know if I did it correctly though. I then restarted TOME and my character save disappeared.

?I tried show older version tick box didn't work, the save is still physically present in the savegame location but game won't detect it....other save files work fine just that one I tried using the item vault did not...

?any help would be appreciated. Thanks ---> The character that load can't detect is Xerus the level 50 skeleton doombringer

?http://te4.org/users/jackyxhuang is my user profile....I think I might've linked to TOME account wrong my TOME user name is Xerus, and when I load another save it says online profile error revert to offline profile? :/ So confused by this.
