hi all, i wasn't sure if i should post this in bugs, not sure if it's intended.
I want tentacles everywhere, because tentacles are awesome. So i have a tentacle summon charm with a 6 turn cooldown, thats cool. but repeatedly manually summoning them with such a short cooldown is kind of tedious.
I wanted to use the autocast options to just autosummon them constantly, but it doesnt work as i'd expect. Instead whenever it autocasts, it still asks me to target the summon, which is a bit confusing.
is there any way to just have it make a reasonable guess at a summon position? somewhere between me and an enemy, im not too specific about it, those tentacles can move on their own anyway.
I also tried binding the tentacle summon to middle mouse in the ope i could make it more easy with that. It seems to work if i middleclick on an enemy, it summons the tentacle to a seemingly random spot around them. But it also fails frequently, if the enemy isn't standing in a clear spot. like if they're against a wall or surrounded by others, i guess the summon chooses a spot, finds that it's full, and gives up without trying to locate another spot.
Middle click on anything but an enemy doesn't work :< i can't middleclick to summon a tentacle on a random spot of the landscape for instance
Autocasting summons doesn't seem to work?

I don't think we have an autotarget. Just an autocast.
If anyone more knowledgeable in the ways of automation than I am wants to step in and give some good news...
