Starting Fresh?

Hi, so I played the game a bit a little while ago, but now I just picked it up on steam, played around a little bit, and now I've decided I want to start fresh with a new profile with a brand new top 10 characters and top 10 killers etc. etc. I'm aware of the reset feature but that doesn't completely wipe the profile.

I've tried making a new account, but it seems everything keeps getting copied over. I've tried deleting the game entirely, then making a new account, but it looks like when I link my account to steam and then log in through the game I get my old profile back.

Any way to get a fresh profile while still using steam?

EDIT: So I did a little digging around and it looks like my problem was because all the data I was trying to get rid of is stored in the users/x/t-engine/ folder. So if I delete that folder and THEN create a new account, nothing from before should be applied to the new account right?

alternatively you can just delete all of your unlocks / achievements / lore from your profile to start fresh on te4.org from the user panel, I just did that over the weekend so I actually have things to work towards while waiting for the orcs to come out of hiding
