I've been playing the game for the past few weeks and I would like to now show my support. I can donate or purchase the game on steam. Ideally I want to provide support in the route that will allow me to access updates as quickly as possible. So if donating will get me access to all the good things that will be on steam but not force me to wait for steam updates then thats the route I will go. However if purchasing from steam will allow me to access content that is only available through steam, then so be it.
Just trying to sort out the most for the best option.
Steam version or Donation

Re: Steam version or Donation
Updates will probably be a few hours faster off of steam. It may, however, be easier to access future paid content on Steam. Definitely more convenient to do so, I would think. I'm guessing DG gets more of your money if you donate directly, plus you have some control over the amount.

You are of course, always free to buy over Steam and then donate more, if you really feel generous.

Darn good idea, I didn't even think about that.PureQuestion wrote:You are of course, always free to buy over Steam and then donate more, if you really feel generous.

I suspect both methods will have the same update speed.
