Lost unlocks after changing computers

So, my computer crashed last night, and I got a new one already, which is whatever, but when I got my favorite game re-installed, I found that I had lost all of my unlocks. I'd really like to get them back, if I can. Any ideas how I can fix that?

If you used an online profile they should come back (it can take a few minutes)

Yup, they're back. Now, will that carry over to work, where i don't have internet?
