Would Flexible Combat work with dream hammer toss?

So if I hit 10 npcs twice each (i.e. 20 times in one throw), I'd get 60% chance for extra hit on each?

I think Hammer Toss is not a melee skill, therefor not proccing flexible combat.

Hammer Toss in fact is a melee skill.

But Hammer Toss calls attackTargetWith in order to avoid using mindstars or whatever else the character may be using which bypasses the Flexible Combat call. All dream forge talents work this way.

And no, before you ask, I don't think it should be changed. Forge Echoes with Flexible Combat would be very cheesy. Not to mention dual-wielders or triple wielders with Flexible Combat.
