some feedback, feature request

#1 Post by kestell »

hi, and thanks again for an awesome game.

I've found that:

a) the game tends to just randomly kill itself while minimised.
b) the game is sometimes really slow, and particularly selling/transmogrifying mulitple items can take way too long. I would like to see a select multiple tool and selling/ xmog in bulk.

You can transmog everything by activating the chest (or by leaving the level)

but if you have 60+ items in your chest, you'd like to transmogrify all the staffs, greatswords/mauls, all the gems(which does not go into the chest, presumably because they don't weigh anything), and generally all the items your class isn't interested in, but clogs the user interface, so that you van evaluate the stuff that you have that might be better than your current stuff.

The items are automatically sorted by type. Just scroll to the section of the chest that has what you're looking for, take what you want, and transmo the rest.

Would be cool if the you could set up the chest to auto transmorgify item of certain types / rarity levels.

Tome 2.3.5 had a very powerful, albeit somewhat difficult to master, automatizer.

So, yes I think programming the chest is best, but a multi-select function would be already quite a big improvement, because you can already sort the items on category.

Usually instead of transmogrifying a bunch of stuff individually, I just drop everything I don't want on the ground, and then I click the chest and tell it to transmogrify all the stuff on the ground. Less clicking that way.

That's a nice workaround but it isn't really intuitive.

What I've been doing since this post, is cleaning it after every vault. Then there's only max 20 items to sift through and it all fits on one screen, no scrolling down.

I think maybe that's what annoys me most. I want to look at say "feet" items, and they are way below all the weapons and I have to scroll past everything else.
