Dual-wielding questions

If you are dual-wielding, and use a skill like Rush/You Shall Be My Weapon/Massive Blow, do you hit with the mainhand weapon only, or with both?

Both weapons. There are (rare) talents that specify that they use one specific weapon, but IIRC, they are all two-handed or dualwielding only.
