It didn't used to work like this, so I must have accidentally turned this functionality on.
Now whenever I use a talent/item which requires picking a target, and then move the mouse, the screen keep trying to center on the cursor. But it does this in a very spastic way which can lead it to scrolling a long way away, and hard to get back to where I need it to be.
So if I use the mouse to activate a talent on the hotkey bar, simply attempting to move the cursor from the hotkey bar to the monster results in a LOT of scrolling.
If I don't move the mouse, I can cycle through the nearby monsters with the keyboard.
This is very annoying, and started happening a couple days ago. How do I get this back to default, where the map never scrolled while moving the aiming target with the mouse?
On a related note, is there a hotkey to center the screen back on the player character, or at least bring PC back into view?
How to turn off "center screen on cursor while aiming"?

I've had this trouble from time to time. I think it comes from resizing the window while you're playing. Deleting the UI settings file seems to fix it for me (I don't have one right now so I can't give you the filename).
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated.
