Wand base type
Does the "base type" (elm, ash, solid ash, yew, etc...) of a wand make a difference? At a guess I would think it might be indicative of the "level" of the effect the wand has.

As far as I can tell, with my minimalistic use of wands, is that mlvl only effects the amount of charges the wand will have.
