Steam only allows like ten games through every couple of months of so, so you're average indie game has nearly zero chance of every getting greenlit. ToME has enough of a base to maybe be able to pull it off, but it's not a good way for indies to get on Steam in general and then telling them that submitting a game to Greenlight means they won't be able to get it on any other way ever is essential on outright reject of the game and is bad, bad bad.

I doubt very much ToME will ever be getting a big publisher though, so it shouldn't be a factor here. Makes me, as a often consumer of indie games, rather upset though.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I got the donator version in the recent(and still ongoing I think) Gamersgate sale. Will we be getting a steam key?
