New lightning effect

The odd thing is, the freeze happens a few tenth of a second after the spell is cast. sometimes I'm alble to do a move in this time, sometimes the damage text on the mob is just starting to "fly" up on the screen. So the lightning spell triggers some kind of loop which freezes the whole game.

It's because you have less then 100% particles config
