Whether I have addons enabled or disabled, tome 1.3b1 will not terminate when I select to exit game from either the game or main menus. The 'graphic' screen goes completely unresponsive and on the console, messages continue to scroll. I have to press ^C on the console to exit. I am running Linux 64bit. As an example, when attempting to exit from the game menu :-
I have solved it. It was to do with PAX flags on cef3spawn64. On previous versions I just had to set flags on the t-engine binary.

Just a minor point. When playing a Doombringer, the "Incinerating Blows" talent is shown as passive but it is given a hotkey (which obviously does nothing when pressed)

that's because it has a cooldown probably, you can put all passives like that on a hotkey

dont have any game installed to windows directory. make sure you have graphics drivers for 8.1 (is why i upgraded from 8.1 to 8.0, and will not change back). does the whole computer grind to a halt, or just ToME?
the whole computer goes much faster and better under windows 8.1 pro than it did under 7, so only Tome is the problem.

i'll look at teh graphics drivers

nope, just straight out of the box tome 1.3 beta. no addons. i've turned off all graphics features, and it is still slow, though slightly better. but not yet playable.

and i've found alot of things go faster, but... the loading on new char, or loading char takes the longest.

Can you make sure your GPU drivers are correctly installed ?
Check the CPU usage while idle & doing nothing, if it's very high it's most likely your CPU is doing the GPU's work

adventure with alchemist golem: if i choose to die in Eidolon plane, character is switch to golem. After if as golem i choose to die, nothing happen, other dialog option work.

As a temporary fix, use Self-Destruct on golem.

1.3 has more tileset usage which can clog GPU memory if it's not very large, try disabling tilesets and see if it works out.

Several bugs i experienced:
  • New unique skeleton (director Hampalan, I think) displayed as purple "S".
  • I got Harkor'zun fragmented essence in a room of a vault ("Circle" according to wiki) at Tempest Peak and it was only one on map - I checked with precognition and Burning Star. I think this bug is probably fixed in Bosses Gone AWOL, but, since I played without addons, I have no proof of that.
  • After saving Melinda I activated See the Threads before talking to her father, then after choosing timeline I've either teleported to the fortress to drop off artifact or completed the beach quest, I'm not sure, but when I talked to him next time there again was "Here's my daughter savior etc." and another artifact.
  • In Last Hope Graveyard it's possible to get two of the same artifact. Not sure if two monsters can do that, but it is definitely possible to get same artifact from monster and empty sarcophagus or monster and Celia
  • As TW if you shoot bow while using another weapon set you'll apply said weapons' effects until you manually switch sets. I'm not sure if it applies to all effects, but it definitely applies Wintertide's Winter storm.

When you are asked to stay or stroll in the starting dungeons, if you choose to stroll to level 3, level 1 of dungeon will no longer have any lying item when you visit it later.
As you briefly visit the level before strolling, suppressing items is the standard tome behavior. But, IMHO, items should be preserved in that case.

For people that found slowness (and that have checked their GPU driver IS correctly working): in the video options disable tilesets and see if it helps (needs a restart)
