Hey all - played ToME 2.xx for a while, including winning a few times, but brand new to this game, and loving it so far.
I thought that when the game uploaded my character to the site, that I could download that same character and play him on another computer, as long as he was still alive, and the two computers had the same game build on them. I can't seen to get that working - I have a lvl 8 dwarf fighter still alive on my character account, which I played at home, but I don't know how to get him to play at work.
Any help would be great!

The character summary that shows up on the web site is not a saved game. It can't be downloaded. It's only there so others can see how you're doing.
The actual saved games are on your local computer, and they're quite big. You could transfer them with a USB storage device or equivalent....

So I'll have to have a work character and a home character, unless I load the game onto a flash drive. Thanks for the advice!
