Re: Is a new release imminent?
At last... someone asked that question, so I don't have to... and noone can tell me I'm impatient ;-P
Re: Is a new release imminent?
Darkgod wanted to release beta 12 this weekend, but it was delayed (at least in part) by the UI overhaul. So it will probably arrive Real Soon Now. (No, I don't know exactly how long that translates to in mortal hours.)
Re: Is a new release imminent?
It will be released in exactly One Darkgod Time Unit. :=)

Re: Is a new release imminent?
Stopwatch started!
It'll get to zero the exact moment the new beta is released.

Re: Is a new release imminent?
I want it now now now! There have been so many cool new features and interface improvements promised that I'm really desperate to see the new version.
Hmm, should kill off my current running character first though...

Re: Is a new release imminent?
Downloading now...needs a unique code name of its own though as Soul Hunter was the last one.

Re: Is a new release imminent?
Yeah was a bit lazy for the codename

Re: Is a new release imminent?
Judging by the announcement post....
One Darkgod Time Unit = 8 hours and 56 minutes, give or take a minute. If my math is right.
Good to know, good to know...

1 darkgod time unit = the exact amount of time it takes me to collect 15 staffs/rings/amulets!
Re: Is a new release imminent?
oo, idea: "skip" beta17 if betas get that far, have beta18 be "Grey 17 Is Missing". Beta that introduces psionicists "The Corps is Mother, the Corps is Father"? If Mindslayer class idea from Susramanian isn't in it but will be added afterwards, "Mind War" maybe? Yeah, I know. I watch this series way too often. Haha. If there is such a thing...darkgod wrote:Yeah was a bit lazy for the codename

Happy to meet an other B5 fan, and indeed there is no such thing as watching too much Babylon5!

The first four seasons of B5 is probably the best sci-fi to ever hit TV, IMO.
Although I think I pushed the limit of "too much B5" when I watched it on my iPod at work for a few weeks.
