And I really agree with your vision, I mostly play archers (alternating with SB) and always made them elves.

We shall open a petition to have another elven subrace other than Nandor, less magic and more archery oriented

Since they are fierce warriors, the most natural choice is the Noldor. Plus, they are excellent crafters, so it perfectly fits with the create ammo (and maybe, one day, smith) talents

I have been meaning to write a set of instructions to get someone able to compile the source. I'll give this a crack a little later and you can test it to see if there is anything missing. Sound good?

I created a forum account just to let you know that this latest version of T-o-m-e is excellent, keep up the great work.

Haha I admit I wanted to do just the same thing. I should be studying now also! Too much dissertation work to be done, but this game has taken me right back into the love of roguelikes! Seriously though I love all the activity around this game!
