I ran around with a mod that allow me to buy skills from various class as a beginner, and dumb me didn't think anti-magic would eat my face, aka, anti magic made me unable to use magic. I used console command to remove any talent, skill and prodigies that I can think of relating to this anti-magic tree, but Antimagic adherrent is still there. I was playing as a magical swordman (my head was going magic user need to learn how to counter magic, and that is through anti-magic) so this pretty much killed half my build investment.
Is there anyway to remove this? Console command included.
Also, they REALLY need to add that "learning this talent permanent change the game" warning they added for basically everything else.

Re: How to remove antimagic adherrent
Welcome to the forums Kugreymonx,
In your TOME savegame folder (%USERPROFILE%\T-Engine\4.0\tome\save\ by default) there should be a file called game.teag - make a backup copy of this file first to cover against any accidents later on.
Change the extension on this file from .teag to .zip - you should now be able to open it using your favourite compression software (or Windows itself) to view its contents.
These should include a file called mod.class.Player-0x{seemingly random digits} - this should be a text file containing your character statistics. A search on "antimagic" may give you what you are looking for (along with other entries related to skills and quests) but, not having encountered this issue, I can't advise further.
If you are going to "experiment" with saved games though, a review of the Help! My Saves keep not working thread may be useful since it includes information on utilities you can use to keep continuous backups of your save files.

Re: How to remove antimagic adherrent
Unfortunately, I have tried removing everything antimagic, even the effect antimagic disruption. No luck. It did remove the talent tree and buffs, but antimagic adherrent is stuck there, and my spell still fizzled. Maybe I flagged a quest completion when I picked those skills up?AstralWanderer wrote: ↑Wed Dec 10, 2025 12:29 pm Welcome to the forums Kugreymonx,

That's certainly possible - any such quest flags should be present in that file also, so removing them may be worth a try.kugreymonx wrote: ↑Thu Dec 11, 2025 8:45 am ...Maybe I flagged a quest completion when I picked those skills up?...
