[1.7.4] Halfing Shadowblade has no extra stat points
When you create a Halfling Shadowblade its' 3 extra stat points are automatically applied to strength increasing it to 10(13)

This is not a bug. Certain race/class combos have 0 or even negative stat points on birth due to them being autoassigned to reach "required" stat thresholds (eg. enough str to wield a shield)
