Well, the change log on the Steam page is pretty thorough; a quick scan doesn't reveal anything major that wouldn't be specific to 1.6. [For reference, you have ZOmnibus Lite release 15.10.4] The only obvious things I can find are:

• Be careful dragging talents around in the restart-order tree in the Restart Sustains dialog.
• A talent point plan reused from a previous character might mistakenly conclude that you have fewer points to spend than you do.
