I need help, I think I messed something up with my account...
I used to login via my Steam account, which was working fine, but I wanted to change the account name so I googled a bit and found a post on the steam forums which said I had to create a new account on te4.org and link my Steam account to it.
So I did that, but that messed something up...
With my steam account I bought one of the event thingies but I looks like it didn't carry over to the new account. It says I haven't purchased anything yet (I know it is one time use, I haven't used it yet)
I tried to login back to the old steam account but that won't work, it now always logs me in with the new te4.org account.
Also the profile page doesn't show my current character (which was created with the old steam account). When I click on the profile link ingame the character page says only "Unknown character". It works fine when I create a new character though, achievements also carried over...
Is there any way to fix this? I don't mind that the current character profile isn't working, but it would be cool if I could use the event I purchased
