Transmogriphy Chest - automatic selling items

Yo guys,
I remember a while ago there was item that allowed selling items during dungeoneering. I came back after few years of no playing and can't remember how to get this item.

You have to kill Bill the Troll at the end of Trollmire.
This will unlock it for all characters.

How tough is Bill the Troll btw? Is it an easy kill?

Bill the troll is a bit tougher than the other starting dungeon bosses, but not much.

The trick is to kill Bill in the corridor, not venture out in the open where all the trolls can see you, and if at all possible, make sure you get Bill alone, not a group of trolls behind him., Luring them individually into the corridor works best.

You can also get it from the sher'tul fortress butler on the off-chance bill doesn't drop it. The fortress is at the bottom of the lake past the Old Forest, but is considerably more challenging then Bill is. You'll want to be at least level 20 for it.
