Embers of Rage DLC wasn't applied to my account!

Hi,

I purchased few month ago Embers of Rage. I already had vanilla Tome and Ashes of Urh'Rok addon. My vault had 5 items slots, and my account stated cleary I purchased both, vanilla and AoU. However I had too many classes to try to play before starting with Embers of Rage.

I started a couple of days ago, and, while I can play EoR, my item vaults still have 5 items, and my account thinks I've NOT purchased EoR. Could you please fix it?
