Game did not generate any empty rings or amulets of tier 5

Are there any guaranteed highest level empty rings or amulets in the game? I'm about to try to win, and I have cool gems, but no rings beyond what is available in angowen (tier 3 or 4 only) and no empty amulets at all. Go ahead and spoil it for me - is there a store with blank amulets I missed? Or another way to get them besides drops?

Defeating Atamathon, the optional postgame boss, gives you two T5 amulets and maybe a T5 ring too. Of course, there's no real point in getting them after the game is essentially over, unless you really want three particular gems before doing lianiil/sludgenest/hypostasis of entropy.

I think that windborn azurite only requires a T4 ring and it's one of the best artifact gems anyways. The ring slot is more valuable then the amulet slot though, so that might not help much.

The formula is impenetrable but I think they last zone of Vor Armoury has a smaller chance for each item to be egoed than is normal for that level, and due to it being a "Vault" every item gets +1 material level so it can generate t5s.

I would do farportals to try and get them. At level 50 you get a lot of tier 5 items. And hopefully get an amulet, because randart rings are typically better than anything you could make with 1 gem, even the artifact gems. But combining two of those special gems into an amulet is often better than the randart amulets you find.
