Can classes become "relocked"?

I know for a fact I unlocked stone warden years ago. But I logged in today and it's locked. I have no idea how this may have happened, though. I'm very confused.

Stone warden used to be a donator class, but was changed to be a normally unlocked class when Possessor was released. The unlock condition is to get a certain number of wild gifts and spells on a dwarf character, which is trivially easy with an Adventurer.
