Steam Client not Found / Achievement Syncing

So I've been trying to play TOME today after a long break, and I see that I cant log into my profile when I open steam. What can I do to fix this? I've tried reinstalling the game, restartng the game/steam/my computer but there is no change.

My second question is the following. I used to play basically only archmages before, and unlocked wildifre magic. If you look at my steam achievements you can see all of this. However, my profile on the tome website doesn't show these things. Also, I now have a new computer and have no access to the previous save files.

Is there anyway for the tome website to sync my steam achievements and somehow be able to play with the wildfire tree unlocked again? I really don't want to have to do 1 million fire damage all over again.
