Wildfire question.

#1 Post by Tom »

Hello!

I play an archmage and I did not yet complete the pyromancer achievement.
When I hit 1M fire damage, I check and the wildfire option is now available to my archmage.

Today I started a new one, and at lvl10 I want to open wildfire.
But it is not selectable.
I can not see the tab.

I have done 1,1M fire damage and the achievement is showing.
What happened??

I have no idea.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.

all i can guess is maybe you were playing on easy or something? although... would that count the damage?

It is Night Mare and the achievement shows up in game.

whatever it is, there is an easy way to solve it. probably.

just find the right file in the given folder, and insert the following piece.
C:\Users\*****\T-Engine\4.0\profiles\offline\modules\tome
mage_pyromancer = true

i trust that you WON'T abuse this knowledge to unlock everything you haven't yet.
also, the whole thing won't work, if you put spaces in between pieces. just copy-paste, no more spaces than necessary.

also, i am not a steam user. not sure if its the same if you are.

Thx for the tip but I can not open the file and edit it. :(

uhm... the file is not by defaulted to any program. just open with notepad or something.
scintilla might be better, but notepad works here.

All is weird.
I started a new archmage and to him the tab is selectable.
Must be some kind of a bug.

No big deal, the first mage was only lvl10
