I just found a named wand with 200% chance to regenerate 2 positive energy. While that really sounds positive, I think 100% is a sane upper limit.

Merge and Stone from Advanced Shadowmancy tree require a target to attack within distance of 10 from your character. The distance between chosen shadow and the enemy doesn't matter.
After choosing a shadow the targeting cursor becomes red or green depending on distance between chosen shadow and the enemy. Both talents show green cursor when you're to far to cast them but your shadow is close to the enemy. Vice versa they can be cast when the cursor is red.

A couple more minor observations from b2 testing:
  • I usually right-click-drag on the minimap to explore a level without moving - this doesn't seem to work correctly on smaller levels such as the Golem Graveyard. I noticed that the scrolling was vertical only, so I couldn't see the right-hand-side of the level at all. I also noticed that the actual level map was docked to the bottom-right of the minimap rather than centred, so that could be related.
  • The saved lumberjacks gave me a duplicate Tooth of the Mouth (I've noticed similar item duplication from searching graves before, so I'm 90% sure this issue predates the beta, but since I'd not seen it in the Beast Within quest before I thought I'd better mention it)
  • The slave master teleported into the outer ring on the Ring of Blood level, making him unreachable (again, suspect it's an existing bug I've just not encountered before but mentioning just in case.)

Playing in the latest GIT of the main campaign, and every time I use auto-explore, the game seems to stop my movement and wait for input but not give me any energy to actually use any of my options.

I hit a key to cast or attack, and the creature which caused auto-explore to stop gets a turn instead of my action doing anything.

Wait, actually it's not even waiting for input. Just moving the mouse around is enough to trigger the other creature's movement. The game is hung up waiting for an event of some kind, not just a player action.

I'm getting this all the time. At lvl 5 it's no big deal. At lvl 25 it's probably going to leave a mark.

Small complaint about the new "safe mode" for catching module/addon errors: If an addon's hooks/load.lua has a typo in it, the safe mode reports the following stack trace:

Which, of course, is neither here nor there from the player's perspective, but it's frustratingly unhelpful for the addon developer, since it offers no hint of where the error actually is. More useful, I think, would be to capture the error returned (if any) from the loadfile() on the preceding line and have the safe mode report that.

I opened a grave in the Old Forest, survived the special level, but now autoexplore is stuck - it alternates between the opened grave and an unopened grave next to it and won't explore the rest of the level, or even lead me back to the stairs. It goes from one grave to another and back infinitely.

Rarely upon opening a door my game lags ferociously, goes into "not responding" and locks up indefinitely. It's happened twice now, I blew it off on my computer the first time but I've never experienced this in the base game and was told I should mention it. This second time was in blighted ruins, but unfortunately I don't remember where I was the first.

Just downloaded beta 3 (didn't try the earlier betas). It seems that the UI doesn't scale on high resolution screens anymore, making the interface very tiny at on my 2160p monitor... This is on Windows 10 by the way. It looks the same as if I disable scaling when using 1.3.3, which otherwise behaves as if I were using a 1080p monitor. I couldn't really take advantage of 64x64 tiles, but I could see the map, health bars, etc. without squinting.

Also, not terribly important, but the launcher box shows up almost off the lower right of the screen instead of the middle of the screen (same as 1.3.3)

and the application seems to be frozen. My Player icon is visible twice, somewhat overlapping. No key does anything, no mouseclick does anything. Music is still playing, however, and seems to be repeating but not 'wrong', it's normal loop. This is linux64, btw.

I killed the application, saved a tar file of the entire .t-engine tree and on restart all is normal, I restarted the same level.

Also, I tried playing with Music, but Garkul's Helmet doesn't have a special sound, it seems, not even when I'm killing with it.I kind of hoped it had :mrgreen:

I am not sure if this is a bug, but I came across a vault in Dreadfall (one of those with sun-paladins up front) where the lava floor dealt blight damage.
