Need YASDs for Roguelike Radio

For the upcoming 100th episode of Roguelike Radio we're going to air a compilation of pain, misery and futility, via a selection of recordings of YASDs. This involves players and devs submitting a short clip of themselves talking about a particularly poignant, horrific or hilarious instance of them dying in a roguelike.

It only takes a few minutes, and will lead to your shame being immortalised in roguelike lore forever! Who doesn't want that, eh? :)

Note that for ToME this really only applies to the Roguelike mode of play - deaths in Adventure mode aren't so interesting. Also ToME2 related submissions are very welcome :)

Well, let's post some then shall we.

I'll start it off with what I feel was the stupidest death in all my Let's Play Recordings:

ToME - Cornac Cursed Ep 11 - Hating Yet Another Stupid Death

Check the recording around 23:40 for the beginning of the end of my Cornac Cursed in the Sandworm Tunnels. The Death Screen itself pops up just after 27:00 minutes....

Edit:

Other Deaths in my Let's Plays that may be worth looking into. I don't think they match the Cornac Cursed but some were considerably stupid - especially the one where I died in a Dream.

I can't take the recordings I'm afraid, and they wouldn't be suitable anyway as you can't see what's happening. I'm more looking for you to recollect a moment and put in your own words what happened.

Sand tunnel deaths are always a good laugh :) The Urkis one also sounds amusing.

As an aside, know of any good sites for uploading videos so that you can access them?
