I created an account and attempted this many times and in various ways, but failed.

I instead logged in to te4.org via Steam, then went to the page that allows me to change my password, and set it to something. Then I logged out and back in NOT by Steam using the username and password just set. It let me in and had my account. Yay!

Of course, now I can't figure out how to delete that new (wasteful) account. LOL

The skill Weapon Manifold from Temporal Combat claims to reduce physical and temporal resistance by 30% if Fold Fate activates, but the result is a little strange.

Lets say a target has 0% resistance, then it will correctly change the resistance to -30%. If the target has 90% resistance however, it will change the target resistance to 87%. So, it's a 30% bonus to physical and temporal damage and not really a 30% resists reduction.

If someone has 90%, shouldn't the resist drop to 60% if it's a flat reduction? Or maybe even 90-(0.3*90), dropping to 63% if it's multiplicative. Otherwise, the wording is a little weird. I don't know if it's intentional hmm...

EDIT: Nevermind. Apparently, all reduction works like this. Maybe it could read "It will increase physical and temporal damage by 30% for subsequent attacks" or something like that?

I noticed the related Breach skill sometimes needs a turn to update the display of numbers on the affected enemy. By the time I noticed it, my TW was so pumped up speed-wise that it may be related to only a fraction of a normal turn having passed for the enemy.

In related TW news, I got a lock-up in the Shadow Crypt trying to hit the boss with Blink Blade. He had summoned the doppelganger and I had turned on everything from Haste to Time Shield to prep. When I reloaded and went straight to trying another smash with Blink Blade, it didn't lock up so I'm not sure how useful this report is. I thought I'd throw it out anyways, just in case it is useful.

But, hey, I went on to win with a TW for the first time! I really like this new redesign. Lots of options and they are interesting ones!

It's actually -30% temporal and physical resistance as the skill states. There's issues with how resist all is communicated on the character sheet and the monster tooltips. But weapon manifold is working correctly and as intended.

Time stops often make parrallel multicolored lignes on the top of the screens, may sometime persist after the end of the time stop.

The red text which shows the difference between currently equipped and currently highlighted equipment is instead just repeating the currently highlighted equip stat, for stats which have an "effective" value listed.

Edit: In addition, in beta2 characters still sometimes disappear while autoexploring. I'm on a Thalore mindslayer in case that's relevant.

Edit2: Activatable items sometimes don't go on cooldown.

When you return from the east, the first few patrols are orcs instead of the west usual opponents.

Also, as a TW with instant weapon switch, he doesn't switch to melee weapons to hit a ice block. I wonder if he should.

Also, once I reach under 50% of a turn for a bow attack, the shoot talent gets in a cooldown and you can use it twice in a row.

Ogre miss chance does not seem to apply to bow attacks, allowing you to offhand without penalty.

I'm on what I assume is the latest beta t-engine4-windows-1.3.0b2 and I can equip most things anywhere...

Gloves as weapon for instance.

Shoes on head.

Pretty much anything goes afaik.

Drag an item from right side into slot.

Edit:
I had a mace and shield equipped and attempted dragging both a bow and a 2h in other slots, it wouldn't let me. "already has a similar item equipped in main hand"
Went and bought a ring to test equipping multiple same gears (two rings already) and dragged it to the (empty) arrow slot and the game basically froze but not "frozen" or "crashed", just toggling between a screenshot of 0.01s before I let go of the ring into the slot and completely black screen.
Background town noises (birds in mageville) still playing periodically but otherwise can't interact with game. Ended in task manager.

Note that it was still connected to chat and receiving messages/achievement notices internally, though again the renderer flipped out and was just toggling between black screen and same-screenshot [milliseconds before the mouse release] every 0.8s or so.

Loaded save reverted to entering magetown (for the first time) and vendors had different items.
Went to derth and bought a pickaxe and tried to equip two pickaxes, same blackscreen-screenshot toggling again.

To be clear I have zero addons installed besides item vault that's included in the download. I have stone warden disabled. All I did was extract 1.3b2 to a folder on my desktop and start playing skele bulwark.

The bug with equip being unbound is known and fixed for the next beta. The graphical bug you had is the game trying to devise the amount of ammo on the ring and horribly failing.

I'm not sure I understand the Time Stop spell. It says it will give me 2 turns, but if I increase my global speed to 200% I still only get 2 actions. Shouldn't I get 4? I have 209 global speed and 130 movement speed and I only get to move 2 tiles before the effect wears off. I'm guessing it uses my own turns? So being fast does not help with Time Stop?

Also, the graphical effect refreshes when I open a menu. It's not too important, but I think it would be nice if it didn't. For example, the Unstoppable effect from Bloodthirst does not do this.

Time Stop has no interaction with global speed. It does interact with other speed types as normal. So with enough movement or casting speed you will see more actions out of Time Stop.

The chant of fortress effect lingers in the previous square during character motion.

Edit: Phase Door rune still has no cooldown.
