I downloaded the OSX binary and moved the T-engine.app application to the Application directory. When I run it I just get a black screen. I ran it from the shell and all I get is this, along with the black screen.
$ ./t-engine
2014-07-10 10:34:02.554 t-engine[2681:507] Internals of CFAllocator not known; out-of-memory failures via CFAllocator will not result in termination. http://crbug.com/45650
I have more then enough memory available to run this game.
I am using OSX version 10.9.4
Any idea how to get the game working?

Re: not working on OSX 10.9
That's weird. I just ran ToME 1.2.3 on OS/X 10.9
Oh, hmm, you moved the T-Engine.app, maybe it's looking for the "game" directory and then dying horribly when it can't find it?
Try either moving the whole ToME folder into Applications or running the T-Engine.app from inside its folder (without moving it).
If you use Steam, it'll create a correct directory structure for ToME automatically.

yea, that was it. I was just moving the app. It worked with I ran the app from extracted directory. I'll have to move the whole directory.
